We have machines ranging from 50tn to 450tn, from Ferromatik Milacron ( Germany ) which are precise servo based close loop machines equipped with ancillaries like auto loading, hopper drying, mold temperature controller, on line granulators, auto dozing and pick place robots ( All from European manufacturers )
We are equipped with special purpose machines as well a series of machines that facilitate automation which are dedicated to specific assembly lines. This department in charge of assembling the plastic and the metal components.
Any complicated marking requirements on plastic and metal products is taken care of by a line of laser marking machines, hot stamping machines along with ultrasonic welding and pad printing automation.
We use a hydraulic power press installed with pneumatic coil feeding and decoiling-coiling auxiliary equipment here at Surelock. Newly added SPMS takes care of the productivity and the quality consistency of product line.
It is equipped with on line processing of components through precisely controlled infrared ovens and automatic powder coating lines capable to coat thermoplastic and thermoset plastic powders.

We have separate designated area for storing Raw material , Semi finish goods and finish goods items .Storing capacity for raw material is around 2500 ton, semi-finished goods 50 ton and finished goods approx. 9000 cartons. All material is maintained as per FIFO system in proper storage racks or on pallets with proper identification for easy removal. A Finished goods store containing industrial coolers maintains adequate moisture in a stored atmosphere for longer self-life of the plastic components.
